Monopoli Capital are a hugely experienced team of successful business owners who have all exited their own companies.

Partners
Richard started his career as a investment banker for Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Bloomberg working in both London City and Hong Kong.
Upon returning from Hong Kong Richard set up his own property business which morphed into a group of companies of which grew by 100% year on year for 5 consecutive years before eventually selling to LSL Trinity Plc who at the time were a FTSE 250 company.
Since then Richard has been Acquiring, Investing in and consulting for UK based companies of which he has successfully grown or turned around c25 companies at time of writing with 3 further exits.
Richard is a keen surfing enthusiast and has chased waves around the world. He has recently purchased an old farm building and spent the last 18 months converting it into his family home
Jamie has been starting, growing, acquiring and selling businesses since his early 20’s.
He is a seasoned deal maker with 20+ successful acquisitions/disposals to his name at time of writing and has been featured in Acquisition Aficionado and Business Leader Magazines due to his deal making credentials.
Jamie takes a lot of pride in not only solving problems for business owners but then working with them to implement a new strategy to take the business to new heights.
Jamie is a keen traveller and adventurer and has recently summited Mount Toubkal in Morocco and Mount Maglic in Bosnia. He spends much of his free time enjoying the Sussex coast with his family.
Steven is a dynamic entrepreneur who has experience within multiple industries across his 13 years in business.
He was previously part of a family business generating £35m in annual sales with 400 staff across the UK and has since started, scaled and acquired companies whilst working with fellow entrepreneurs to solve challenging problems and structure exit strategies. He is sector agnostic and can support business owners whether they have a very profitable business or are in need of a turnaround approach.
Steven is focused on acquisitions and partnerships, however his ultimate mission is to support and mentor as many business owners as possible to create a life they aspire to have through his experience and connections.

Lucinda is an experienced HR leader with a background that spans across start ups and listed blue chip companies.
She started her career in recruitment agencies and quickly moved to Harrods to build and lead HR and Recruitment teams. She has worked internationally in countries as far reaching as Australia and is well known in the HR industry for her high standards and pragmatism in solving people issues. Most recently Lucinda led the HR Business Partner function in Metro Bank and was crucial in the organisational reviews that took place to move to profitability.
Lucinda has led on a number of mergers and acquisitions and is able to provide support across the whole suite of people functions. Lucinda now runs a highly successful HR Consultancy whilst being a mum to 2 young children. She is an avid campaigner for young people in underprivileged areas and works to rehabilitate offenders.
We partnered with Monopoli Capital as we wanted to increase our turnover, grow profitability and get rid of outstanding debts the company had due to bad accounting practices.

The main goal for Monopoli Capital is to create a business that is debt free and growing cash reserves month by month in order to create shareholder value in preparation for a pre planned sale date.
The owner will then have enough personal wealth to retire, spend more time with family or start a new venture using the playbooks we have taught them.
